Make sure to bring a valid government-issued ID, such as a State ID Card, License, or Passport as well as insurance information. Expect the first visit to take about 45 minutes to an hour. You will need to provide a urine sample and have your vital signs taken. You will be asked for your medical and addiction history, including any prior treatments. You will then meet with one of our providers who will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan that fits your life and goals. We want to provide everyone with access to medication-assisted treatment and we work with Medicaid, Medicare, and BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina.

We can provide you with a copy of your super bill if you wish to work with your insurer regarding reimbursement.

We also understand not all insurances cover all services and can accept cash, check, and credit card payments. The cost of services for cash payment is $99 per week or $350 for 1 month of clinic services. If confirmatory toxicology testing is required due to unexpected results, the patient will need to pay the cost of testing to continue receiving treatment with the clinic.

The first office visit requires a full month’s payment before moving forward with the appointment.
